International online consultation reservation (€29)

You may move or cancel the agreed consultation at least 24 hours before it starts. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded unless mandatory law gives you stronger rights.

If HOPE SQUAD decides that the service is not a suitable fit for your needs, we refund the reservation. If you start a coaching programme after the consultation, the €29 is credited in full against your first month.

Consumers who purchase online generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you expressly ask us to begin the consultation or another service during that period, the statutory rules concerning payment for the part already supplied apply. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
