H.O.P.E. Squad — Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from HOPESQUAD ApS, Danish company no. 38389661. Contact: kontakt@hopesquad.dk.

The first introductory conversation is free for clients in Denmark and does not create a purchase or subscription. International online consultations are secured with a one-time €29 reservation in Shopify Checkout. If you start a coaching programme after the consultation, the €29 is credited in full against your first month.

You may move or cancel the agreed consultation at least 24 hours before it starts. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded unless mandatory law gives you stronger rights. We refund the reservation if HOPE SQUAD decides that the service is not a suitable fit.

Ongoing coaching starts only under a separate agreement. The price, included service, billing period, any minimum term and cancellation process are shown before you accept and pay. Services sold here are delivered online; no physical product is shipped.

Prices, applicable taxes and the final total are shown in checkout. Shopify processes your card details; HOPE SQUAD does not store your full card details. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
